Ageing Sr. Managers.....None of the Junior design engineers have developed to take over the baton.....Groupism in departments....Step Motherly treatment from the parent company....Indecisiveness from the senior management in getting new orders.........Homely Environment with some juniors acting like babies:)....No HR Department.....

Best place to learn and grow. It is a very good place for fresh graduates interested in electronics design.

Salary they pay is very poor. its is below par for the industry as well as the parent company standards.
