I worked in Spectrum Legal for 1 year and had an amazing experience. I worked on a lot of good matters and had good mentorship from the partners. They were very fair and commended my good work and pointed out my mistakes when I was wrong. They did not micro manage. I had to leave owing to the fact that I wanted to go in-house.

Team members took advantage of the fact that partners do not micro manage.

Have worked there for 3 years and had a fabulous stint. The partners are very helpful and are very knowledgeable. Good team and no unnecessary politics. I was exposed to lots of work and learnt a lot.

We are given lots of opportunities to argue and interact with the clients. Some team players do not take advantage of this.
