The benefits are good, as a single individual the medical insurance is pretty affordable but if you have kids it can get expensive. There are also some pretty phenomenal people whom I've had the pleasure of working with.

There is not a lot of incentive to go above and beyond, for example: Unless you are a Sales Rep, you don't get any additional compensation to go to trade shows. The company will pay for your flight, hotel, food but no overtime if the show falls over a weekend. In that case, you are still expected to work your 40 hours that following week even if you are at the show until the Sunday prior. Unless you are the bosses daughter, you must follow all the rules to a T or risk being yelled at in front of your peers. This individual completely takes advantage of company time and does what she sees fit, without facing any consequences. This was one of my main sources of issues with the company, seeing as we worked directly with each other and although my frustrations were voiced almost the whole time I worked there, not a lot could be done by my direct supervisor. Overall, depending on what department you are looking for, I would be cautious. Like I stated in the Pros, there are some pretty amazing people who work there despite the toxicity that lingers in the air.
