      If you love a high pressure job with awesome pay, Speed Commerce is for you. The coworkers were great to work with as was management. Never had an issue with anyone and looked forward to going to work each day.

      You are on call 24x7 to address any customer issues. While not responsible for bringing up a down website, you were responsible for coordinating the required groups to resolve the issues.

      Amanda in HR is amazing and easy to work with. Kim is a wonderful boss who is very supportive of her employees. They really took care of us during the holidays providing meals we ate together and working with everyone to ensure they got the time off they needed. Work/life balance is wonderful, especially for the moms, because when your day is over, you leave.

      Not much communication with others in the office, but I am not used to working in a quiet environment. I guess the quiet would be a pro.
