- Ok going culture - Can do multiple roles in the company, so you have broader approach to all level of jobs.

- deserving employees are under paid - underestimating the employee - no management, HR policies, Perks, Incentives.

The Staff is friendly at SOC(only this is best) but not the managerial position people.

Customer is given more importance than a employer. They should know that if the employer is happy than the customer will be happy. Salary- It is below average. Career-Growth is stagnant. No new things to learn. Fresher-It is not at all a good start for fresher. If one has to spoil his/her career plz join. No insurance is provided to the employees. No standard working atmospere.
