The pay is good Steep learning curve at first, but it keeps you busy. You will get thrown into the fire right away, don't expect any real kind of training.

Bad management, bad planning. Projects are always due yesterday. Managers have the "just make it work, even if it's all being held together with duct tape" mentality. Unrealistic timeframes are the norm, with project managers always deciding for themselves without having any idea of reality. Innovation and doing things right is discouraged at all management levels.

If you live close and have to work to pay off some bills it would be pocket change no career unless you have a relative that works in the exutive office they hire forigeners to do all the hard work on the production floor. Awlful place to work even their customers are leaving.

HR in Texsas have no idea whats goin on in the Pataskala Ohio location. IT team get treated better than the ohio team and make more money. The HR staff in ohio Hire on their relatives and friends that no nothing then hire skill IT folks in at a lower rate to train their friends and relatives too much nepotism. No communications, and lots of favortism. I would never recommend anyone their unless you are really desperate.
