Cut TDS from salary which is a sort of fraud with employees , as most have salaries from 15k-25k band. Senior Manager and most teamlead behaves in rude way most the time and what ever you you can't make them happy . They need sales by hook or by crook . HR doesn't have knowledge of anything as if they are dumb. They don't respect their employees who not only does sales for them but it's from BDA their company name is recognized in market as they do not do advertisement.
