The company suffers from a highly unprofessional and unstable work environment. Management (Mr Murtuza )lacks basic respect for employees, with particularly concerning behavior toward women and long-serving team members. There is no clear structure or consistency in decision-making—priorities change frequently, often without communication or accountability. Employees are expected to work extended hours with no overtime compensation or recognition, and there is little to no appreciation for loyalty or performance. Communication from leadership is often aggressive and dismissive, creating a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Additionally, internal family conflicts appear to spill into the workplace, further impacting morale and stability. The “hire and fire” approach is common, leaving employees feeling insecure and undervalued.
