Chronically low staffed, below average pay to comparable retail positions, poor scheduling at times, not many opportunities to sit down throughout the day, difficult to achieve a promotion without applying for it yourself (Example: it’s common for 7-11 to hire from outside the company instead of hire from within to save costs on training a new associate to manage who is reliable and consistent)
