OK - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso Speedway

I worked for Speedway for 3 years as a Store Manager. The work was fast paced and always challenging. The hrs. were pretty long (5a-3:30p + weekends). Speedway is a place you can build a career but I question the legitimacy of recent posts. They seem to be from current HR staff who are trying to attract new employees by giving 5 stars to. 2-3 star company. I have friends that still work for the company and the bonus program has become almost impossible to meet. In past years a good size store could bring in 1k to 2k per month on average for the store manager. I have heard those days have ended. Speedway isn't a terrible place to work, but keep in mind that this is a stressful retail company to work for ( it is retail). You will deal with call in's, turnover, and thousands of customers per year. That work is great for some people and not for others.
