Working in this organization has been both rewarding and professionally fulfilling. The role comes with significant responsibility, but what makes it truly enjoyable is the strong support system that exists. Leadership provides clear direction, sets realistic expectations, and is always available for strategic discussions. Innovation and efficiency are celebrated, encouraging employees to implement new processes and technologies.

The company is relatively new. Processes are still being implemented.

As a veteran myself, I find working at Spees Design Build with our federal clients to be a rewarding experience. We are actively helping make our VA hospitals better places to work and receive medical care - supporting our veterans. As a small business, of course there is an aspect of adaptability and flexibility required, but this is to be expected. I enjoy working with this collaborative team and with our clients.

It is a small business, so certain systems and processes seem to be in flux. Training is more mentorship-based than formal for many things, but I believe that makes it more personal.
