      * B Cop status - Spektrix emphasises ethics, employee wellbeing, customers, community, and environment in equal measure. * Great workplace culture - friendly and collaborative, lots of autonomy and trust, inclusive. * Good benefits package. * Flexible working - remote working and in-office available, and opportunity for flexible hours/days. * Really good alignment across the organisation between operations, engineering, product, and commercial - there are no salespeople making impossible promises!

      Svantaggi

      * Wouldn't suit people who like to be a lone-wolf. * Isn't using the latest tech. * Pay is competitive, but is not at the top tier you might find in, say, FinTech.

      Thank you for your review. Great to hear such positive feedback about our culture, benefits and alignment, all things which are essential to the success of Spektrix and our teams. I appreciate your honesty in regards to the technology and ways of working, the Engineering team is working hard to establish good working principles and there is work ongoing to update the technology we are using. Salary reviews happen twice a year where external market research is conducted on relevant roles to ensure both fair and competitive salaries within our industry.       The culture is supportive, leadership is transparent and approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Work–life balance is respected, communication is clear, and the benefits are great. Feedback is heard and changes happen quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to feel valued and supported.

      Management is deceitful, will encourage you to take PTO and penalize you for doing so. Metrics are measured subjectively with no comprehensive standardization of expectations. Claim they encourage feedback and then target those who provide feedback to management or question how employees are considered in their plans. Line management will build silent cases against you and give you false affirmations about your job status. HR is not equipped to handle anything. Racial bias is prevalent.
