- New management (CEO, CFO, Heads) are largely aloof and incompetent. They are present physically but not mentally. They have no idea what goes into the average person's work and expect them to work very long hours - Long Hours expected - Very little recognition except a large bonus for extremely long hours - Company is uncertain of its future direction and keeps changing focus. Spent months working on some projects that never saw the light of day - Company IT and systems are archaic and make what at other firms is a simple task a very complicated overdeal at Spencer - VERY stuck in the past. Many consultants and upper management C level positions here have secretaries just to manage their calendar and print their emails. Who in any level of authority doesn't know how to use a Calendar or email client? You'll find them here in large numbers.
