After almost a year-long break, I decided to return to Spendbase — and I’m glad I did. Things have changed, but in a good way. There’s still a strong focus on product, and plenty of room for initiative and your own ideas. It’s one of those places where you’re trusted to take ownership, move fast, and actually build things that matter. Not without challenges (it’s still a startup, after all), but the energy and direction feel right.

The company really puts effort into creating great conditions for everyone, which is awesome. That said, I’d love to see our team move to a new office space that’s a bit more convenient and better suited for day-to-day work. It’s a small thing in the big picture, but would definitely make the experience even better.
