Still an outsourcing team with all cons: - all clients are different and some of them are not nice; - rigid promotion structure, usually you can't take more responsibility and suggest your ideas to get experience or promotion this way; - middle-of-the-pack salary - considering diversity, the company has Eastern European roots, so being an LGBTQ+ person can be weird, expect no aggression but a high level of stupid stereotypes.
