HR department is not supportive and does not handle issues properly. Management does not listen to managers or employees. Employees can be terminated anytime, even on one-day notice, which creates job insecurity. HR behaves like top authority instead of following proper hierarchy. Management practices are poor and unprofessional. Salary increments are delayed for a long time (sometimes more than a year). Even after delay, increments are very low with unnecessary excuses. Workload is high and work-life balance is not good.
