I have not experienced anything that would jump out as a major con. No company is 100% perfect, but in the case of Sphere it is pretty close.

People who were still there

Since the company was sold the company completely lost the heart and soul of what it once was. Ownership is a joke and the only thing they care about are $$$. Employees are no longer cared for and are seen as expendable. Many long term good employees left for what is now a better opportunity. If the new owners think they are running a good company believe me its a no. long term clients have felt the change in the culture and performance of the company and the name TrustCommerce which once held such prestige is no more.
