Great culture. Great team. Challenging and interesting work. Leadership cares deeply for the company and its people. Feedback is welcomed, appreciated, and considered. Hard work is supported and rewarded. Competitive compensation. Good perks.

Small team tackling large project list. Occasional long hours (though they're rewarded). Intense industry. A few bad eggs occasionally make things unpleasant (bad eggs are few).

People who were still there

Since the company was sold the company completely lost the heart and soul of what it once was. Ownership is a joke and the only thing they care about are $$$. Employees are no longer cared for and are seen as expendable. Many long term good employees left for what is now a better opportunity. If the new owners think they are running a good company believe me its a no. long term clients have felt the change in the culture and performance of the company and the name TrustCommerce which once held such prestige is no more.
