None really, you just need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. In a small business you are very visible and if you're shirking in any way its very obvious so don;'t take a job here if you're really not willing to put your back into it.

Amazing company to work for you really are made to feel as part of a team. Everyone is very supportive, including management. The role is very varied and rewarding and you get great satisfaction from working in such a friendly, supportive environment. Highly recommend.
