      Great company if you're pushing to create innovative product. Management structure seems to have been improved over the last few years. Great employee benefits and more time off then most companies. Great work environment with a lot of talented people with minimal political issues

      Long work hours. Most departments seem to be understaffed. Development schedules are currently being moved around quite a bit. hopefully this will lead to improved development processes

      My coworkers were the heart of the company. Excellent PTO and benefits.

      Rely heavily on inventors and freelancers. No room to actually innovate and design. Management level was promoted based on office politics and not experience/success. Very cliquey in times where you question if someone was speaking behind your back, turns out they were.
