Managers, who are also owners, have no insight on the technical details of any project. - No one really knows what’s going on on most projects, and no one really cares. - Very poor standards. No real development cycles. Horrible code base. - Projects have horrible preliminary designs due to complete lack of knowledge on most of the subjects by managers. - Employees are expected to work several extra hours and weekends when necessary.
