Toxic work culture, people's free time is not respected (working on holidays or weekend is normal and expected) . Deadlines are set based on client expectations, not on technical estimations . There's no bonus of any type . There's no performance recognition. You can be the best or the worst, for them is absolutely the same . No EOY gathering . Inexistent grow path, you're stuck in the same position forever
