This place is a huge soul-suck fest. Minimal guidance from management, no recognition from any of the "upper leaders" for the hard work you do, constant badgering and demeaning of its employees. This place literally breaks their employees down until they're nothing and rebuilds them into timid, incompetent servants who will lack the necessary confidence to dig themselves out of the graves they've put you in. (Trust me--I have seen this with more than 2 people trying to get out of there). Luckily, some are able to escape just in time before every ounce of their enthusiasm and composure is destroyed.
Do yourself a favor: Regardless of how desperate you are for a job, turn yourself around and walk away from this place. Nothing good will come out of it. Wait for another company to recognize your talents because it won't be long before it happens.
