Spinks is a great company to work for. The management are extremely supportive &offer you a lot of feedback, provide lots of opportunities to train too. The team is amazing, very easy to get on with each other. If you love sales, you'd really enjoy this role / company

Nothing bad to say about Spinks, wider group would warrant a different review. Only leaving as sales isn't for me. Though the wider group do have some work to do on equality within the workplace with gender and race. - group is highly number focused
