Leadership direction is often unclear, with frequent changes in priorities and limited long‑term planning. Decision‑making can feel reactive rather than strategic, which affects execution and employee confidence. Product quality and roadmap stability need significant improvement. Roles and responsibilities are not well‑defined, leading to confusion and short‑term staffing decisions. Processes, structure, and support systems are still very immature, making it difficult for teams to operate effectively.

Management is very toxic. A certain person openly & loudly hurls insults at people. They make you work after official hours with no pay, and the excuse is "certain someone does it too". Well, certain someone has a lot more to gain, we are paid very little to care... The unpaid working hours can sometimes extend to Sundays, which is unacceptable. Additionally, another thing that's concerning, they sometimes make people stay beyond the 1 month notice period on the employment agreement.
