Decision‑making can feel reactive rather than strategic, which affects execution and employee confidence. Product quality and roadmap stability need significant improvement. Roles and responsibilities are not well‑defined, leading to confusion and short‑term staffing decisions. Processes, structure, and support systems are still very immature, making it difficult for teams to operate effectively.

Good learning curve for career start

-long working hours. Sometimes no Saturday Sunday off or even public holidays - sometimes deployment can happen at 3am - doesn't care about employees health -poor employee retention - leas compassionate, openly using cuss words -very very very less pay - mis managed
