Director of data analytics is an impressive leader. By far the only one, among the engineering leadership who makes a difference in the company and can be hands on. A lot to learn from him. There are a number of good engineers as well, that you could learn a lot from.

The cto has very poor interpersonal skills to play the role and he is notorious for starting strategic projects without a plan. VPs level in the engineering group are a joke. There is a big historical tension between the engineering teams in Dallas and Irvine. Again the engineering leadership has failed to come up with a strategy to unify the two teams and reduce unnecessary overhead, which affects the overall results. Beware that, several of the 5 stars reviews on Glassdoor, have been manipulated. Does not reflect what you’ll get yourself into.

There is no doubt we have many smart engineers who thrive in our environment. We work with a cutting edge tech stack and offer many exciting technologies in the IoT space. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy some of our leaders styles and cross-site communication. As the leader of our Irving site, I am proud to say we have made tremendous progress in building and maturing relationships across our sites. I would strongly encourage candidates to discuss our working environment and challenges with our engineers during the interview process.
