The Spirit culture promotes a work/life balance and it feels like upper management truly cares about and has a vested interest in the success of everyone. From what I've seen so far, Spirit management/operations does a remarkable job screening and selecting candidates who are not only technically capable of doing the job, but also fit in with the culture and core values of the company. The training opportunities I've had so far have already contributed to my professional and personal growth. One of the core values here is continuous improvement, which is actually practiced here. I feel like I can always bring my ideas to the table and that I can really thrive here.

While being a smaller company has many, what I would consider, pros (e.g. close-knit, more transparency, open communication), it seems the internal systems and structures in place have not caught up with the recent growth. However, management is not oblivious to this and is currently taking action to improve these two areas.
