Cannot say enough good things about Spitfire - A thoroughly refreshing place to work after previous companies. Very welcoming and lovely team; a leadership who actually want to do good and genuinely do what they can for their employees, and don't put any unwarranted pressure; and of course a thoroughly interesting and engaging product which makes the actual work something you want to get up for.

Inter-team communication/relations could be improved, but with the post-covid reality of working from home being the norm, this is always going to be more of a challenge.
