Huge lack of progression and financial dissatisfaction - this can be a demotivating factor for individuals who seek career growth and development. The annual review process is managed terribly. Every year it is delayed by several months and the salary increase is not satisfying, just about match the national inflation rate. Lack of recognition for the employee's efforts. The company's approach to accountability was also problematic, as minor human errors were penalised heavily by senior managers. Any behavior that deviates from this standard can create a culture of fear and mistrust within the company.
