- Talent is not required just work on the relations to get promotions & good work

- Favoritism among family members - Unfair practices aimed at pleasing management - A culture of exclusion based on personal interests and benefits - A toxic work environment characterized by favoritism, gossip, and preferential treatment of the boss's relatives, regardless of employee effort and talent - Lack of defined KPIs - Promotions can be halted, and portfolios reassigned at the whim of the CEO or their relatives, even if they lack experience or knowledge in the field - A culture of excessive flattery and sycophancy to gain favor with management - High attrition rates due to company politics, and plotting at the management and core team levels. - Toxic & verbally abusive environment due to small-minded & incapable sitting at higher level from years. - Definitely will give anxiety issues to anybody hardworking working here. Many people left due to mental health issues.
