A lot of people have already voiced valid points here.
- Playing favorites, management will not notice you unless you place hard office politics and become insipid greedy stepping-on-toes robots.
- Underpaid and very stressful environment. They spread you thin without balance and enough resouces (get some campaign managers, pr people, extra assistants).
- They control you with fear... pulling you into "private" meetings, but sometimes private meetings where they reprimand you are overheard or they don't care and everyone hears it. Bad culture.
- The first day when I worked there, they fired someone and there were no good reasons. It was all covered. No transparency or meetings really to discuss. They mask it with "they left."
Good people are let go. It's like a revolving door was built at the front.
- Another employee had deplorable behavior in the office (talks about drinking and sex loudly) and was promoted later. Another point in playing favorites.
- They want to work you like a horse and if you don't meet crazy expectations, it seems as if you are "lazy"
- All the good people left.
