The management however leaves much to be desired behind closed doors. There is a real culture of driving business and pushing for better results but unfortunately this is often counter productive and combined with an aloof attitude, secrecy and a quick to blame attitude it leaves a feeling of being unworthy and unappreciated. Unless you have incredibly thick skin and are willing to step over those around you to "get in" with the right people then you might as well not bother as they do not value individualism or indeed anyone who does not fit their painfully short sighted mould.
