      Good location and great people in the lower ranks of the company (runner, edit assistant etc)

      I’ve never worked at a company with such unprofessional management, owners don’t seem to care and are happy to pay below London living wage even after 3 promotions. (Promotion from runner will still have you on minimum wage even when living in London)

      This place is run by terrible management. The creatives and everyone who isnt management is lovely but honestly not worth the risk.

      They will promise you the world, and give you less than the bare minimum. This company will not get you anywhere in the industry and they begrudgingly pay minimum wage.
