There is constant pressure to deliver more in less time without sacrificing quality, creating unrealistic expectations. The company often drains people’s energy and resources, with overtime frequently expected “for a good cause.” Employee feedback is largely ignored; concerns are often dismissed with “it’s hard times, that’s how it works.”
