Where does one start? This company is attempting to grow globally while not actualizing real plans to scale or build structure before attempting to go to market. There's a major lack of direction and a small clique of staff who call the shots to the complete detriment of the company as a whole . To the contrary of their favorite cultural tagline - they are a "people last " organization . Run ... and don't look back . I wish them all the best, but I don't see any self awareness from the powers that be any time soon.
