Look, Splunk has grown absurdly fast. At times this means processes and systems are bursting at the seams. For me personally, these "problems" represent opportunities and are exciting challenges to fix. Fortunately, employees are empowered to fix them. Despite our rapid growth, getting access to senior leadership is still ridiculously easy, and making a meaningful impact for the business is within everyone's reach. This is what I love about Splunk. The opportunity to create and shape the next version of Splunk. Of course, Splunk also provides competitive pay, great benefits, plenty of opportunities, and never a lack of excitement.
