Good for an internship as a student. Made good summer money. Learned and understood what a work environment was like.

Nothing bad to say, lovely company.

Run by a family that truly cares about the industry and the product that is produced. Everyone knows their job and the work is interesting.

Family stuff sometimes gets in the way and supervision is almost non-existent, which might not be a bad thing for some.
