They are a flexible, relaxed (maybe a little too much) understanding, and have no sense of urgency. This tends to get a sales person nowhere.

Poor computers, equipment, etc. No business plan for the IT department, very out dated Salesforce data base. Most of the customers have been called several times by all of the other sales reps that have been there. High turn over, and what leadership is there does not take accountability for problems.
Management has been there a long time and is very comfortable having job security and wants to do as little as possible giving a sales person all the small and dirty work. Poor communication within the office.
