I wish I were able to collaborate with them more face to face, however, this has allowed me to work according to my own set hours.

There are no heavy layers of approval, you work directly with the founder. 3. There is great receptivity to your creative point of view, so if you're comfortable with being a leader vs. follower you'll like it 4. There's a real competitive streak and the spirit of bringing an 'A' game on par with much bigger shops. 5. Creative strategy is highly valued here. 6. The team is super friendly and respectful. 7. Sponge is very prompt to reimburse -- looking at you, big slow agencies.

Look, if you're the type who likes to contribute to and shape projects vs being dictated to, you'll enjoy working here. If you prefer to just show up and get your marching orders in the traditional agency sense, then a start-up 'go-get-it' atmosphere is not for you.
