Working from home is the only one that I can think of.

This has been a dissapointing place to work unfortunately. Even if you work really hard, no one really recognizes it - they might give you a low value coupon very rarely if you perform “well” (according to the HR who obviously given the coupons to the people who they are friends with). Myself and a lot of others think it’s a joke. The HR people, especially the people who had been there a long time should know how to do their job better, they never give clear answers, they always try to use against you anything that you say and they don’t know how to run the place…be careful. If you want to join this company, just do for a few months until you find something better. The SALARY is a JOKE and the salary yearly increase is 3-4%. When you are getting paid so little, 3-4% is insulting. A lot of people who I speak with want to leave soon and this is due to the lack of progression, low pay, the way HR controls everything terribly and the toxic environment.

- Remote working - Generally good, smart people around you - Opportunities internally to change career if you're motivated - Good place to cut your teeth if you want to get into online retail, grad scheme is good

- Can have responsibilities pushed on you due to a new business need or a personnel gap, can turn into a "like it or lump it" situation depending on who's managing you - Can feel a bit 'out of sight, out of mind' from some management, you often get your directions via a call and you have to get on with it remotely, can be difficult to get support - Social elements have gone downhill - Office culture is minimal, its a room with desks and screens basically (though its pleasant enough, just not exciting to be there)
