It's a choose your own destiny kind of place - no one is going to hold your hand beyond the first week, so if you want to put in the work and time, the growth potential is unlimited. It has been really fun and rewarding to see the growth of both the people and the company over the past 3 years. Looking forward to what's next!

      It's a "small" self-funded, profitable company. If you want the cushion of a VC funded startup where you get every meal free and you can hide in a sea of new employees, this isn't the place. You'll have a spotlight. For the right people, it's not a con.

      I can't say anything good about this company

      This is one of the most terrible companies I have ever worked for. The owner of the company takes no accountability whatsoever. To top it off, blames the employees for the failures. I'm surprised it's still in business. The owner also does not care about your safety or well being at all. And when you do try to send ideas you're met with constantly being ignored. It's also just some company that sells over priced pretentious products. Be better!
