It used to be great working in a relaxed and collaborative environment where hierarchy wasn't strongly felt. However, since becoming a public company, multiple layers of hierarchy have been introduced. There have already been two rounds of layoffs, and now the company has implemented a strict return-to-office policy with harsh penalties and no grace period. Many employees suspect this is essentially a third round of layoffs in disguise. Additionally, the enforcement of centralized policies, despite the vastly different conditions in each office, has led to significant unfairness and frustration among the staff.
