The employee discount is top-notch and even comes off of already discounted items - none of the other retail brands I have worked for have done this - you also can get the employee discount for life if you work for over a year and leave in good standing!!! - Excellent internal promotions - many of the buyers and higher-ups in the company started by doing sales on the floor and have been there for a decade+ - They stock their break room with food... never heard of any retail company doing this, basically the google of outdoor retail Bottom line: Partners, managers and everyone really care about each other and want you as an employee at any level to be happy and motivated and they do a great job at it

Starting pay isn't phenomenal... but it rarely is in retail, more than compensated by the fact that you don't have to pay for lunch...ever
