      the environment was good working there. my colleagues were nice and happy to teach me in the gaps where I was lacking

      since i was not used to working at the till and had never done it before when i made mistakes though the second chances. they didn't spend their time training me for that role. because of that i made a lot of mistakes

      At the end of the day, I got paid, and I had the opportunity of learning from a variety of tasks and have nice colleagues.

      Poor management. Being told informal comments criticizing the amount of water I drank. Lack of feedback or recognition. They required me to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, arguing that perhaps I would not be able to go because the shop was busy.
