The team collectively all care about their work and each other. There is no "weak link" nor is anyone cast out. Everyone works together to get things done. This environment also fosters a lot of professional growth. If there's something you want to learn, you have that ability at SpotLink. Tell management about what you want to learn/do and Bob will find a way to make it happen. Bob is also the best boss I've ever had. He leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in the trenches with you. He is level and fair with his decision making and will listen when you approach him with an idea or concern. He is also very transparent. There are even quarterly meetings opening all the books so every employee can have a full view into all aspects of the business.

Office needs a facelift. The physical appearance doesn't match the caliber of technology or projects the company performs.

They provide professional and extreemly fair and relaible and proactive IT services to all their partners both small and larger companies. They earn a 97+ 5 star rating on all their customer tickets. They are San Diego and San Marcos local BBB members with over 20 years of excellent IT services and Cyber Security. Their employees like the work atmosphere and tend to successfully provide long term employment with opportiites to improve skills and saleries. Very flexible and freindly atmosphere. Numerous bonding activities lead to a rewarding engagement.

Because of the ethical and proactive relaible services our team is sometimes needed to provide support outside of regular business hours. Those efforts are compensated appropriately. Technical certifications are required and ongoing training is expected and down to earth people skills are paramont.
