The CEO is more concerned about whether he has tricked the board sufficiently this month rather than whether the company is growing and improving. I refrained from leaving a review until I recently read the latest, extremely well written review and I thought it was time for me to also make it clear that positive reviews have been actively added by HR & Management staff at the company, Any positive review is fraud on this page. There are ex-employees of this company now working in extremely powerful roles where their skills are appreciated and utilised. If you don't leave because of the lack of improvement program within the business you leave because they don't renew your contract when a perm contract is due. This is because the CEO is scared of the potential financial effect that is already dragged down by long term sick staff which must be contributing heavily to the age budget each month. Any effort to try and improve the experience of lower level workers in this company is quashed by the CEO and his extremely weak senior management team. You can't expect much more from the management team though as even a whiff of an opposing view will see you asked to leave no matter how long you have left on your contract. Even friends the CEO chooses to bring in to work at the company have been known to cut ties with the CEO over continuing any form of relationship after just a few months of working for the company. Spotzer is a terrible work environment that I'm aghast to learn has not changed since I left the company. Also, the lack of a workers council in a company of that size is illegal and should be pressed by the current employees. It will help remove the single point of tyranny due to the ability to add a workers voices to any major business decisions (Like actually providing staff with benefits... such as pension contributions)
