      workmates are really friendly and easy going. A lot of activities & events are available. Teachers are very international and one feels at home. Workwise, the hierarchies are flat & decision making is quick

      There is no room up. Stagnant positions for years its not a place where one can grow in terms of career. Minimal training programs are offered.

      Great environment - friendly and interesting international students, nice co-workers, free parking and good location. Can be very gratifying at times.

      Svantaggi

      Low salary, tedious work, lots of overtime in summer season, can be very stressful. Not a very good flow of communication - a lot of mixed messages and secrecy.
