Spreetail is 20 years old and $1bn+ in GMV. We've gone through many, many ups and a few downs. But we have never been stronger than now. We have a record setting NPS with our brands, and we offer a Work Your Way style to have flexibilty, so we can all show up both for our families and ourselves and also Spreetail, balancing life.

We are an ecommerce company. That means things change a lot. There is energy in that but there can also be a grind. Taking PTO and breaks are important to keep in the game for the long haul. There are easier companies to work in and grow in, but I never wanted easy.

They are good at hiring many different terrific people.

Same thing you've read before. Cult-like culture. Weaponized, encoded feedback. Gendered expectations—I was given "feedback" to shrink myself to fit in; would they have said the same thing to a guy? Best was when my lead encouraged me to submit an anonymous survey for "feedback" on my character and performance to my entire team. :/
