CEO is unrelenting and prioritizes profit over people in nearly all decisions Strategy and planning happens last minute, doesn’t include some of the most qualified people in the business if they are not on exec team Does not invest in learning or growth or development of team at any level Talk to at least 3 people that no longer work there to get the truth about what it’s like Obsessed with competitors and how much money they raise and what they are doing rather than focusing on innovation in product or retention of team Burnout is rampant and nothing being done to solve systemically, instead public blame is placed on employees for not being “resilient enough”

We acknowledge the challenges and concerns you have presented about Spring Health, specifically around employee fatigue. While we have implemented measures like “Calm (no meeting) Friday’s” to address burnout, we know there is more work to be done. We are grateful that our employees have leaned in during unprecedented growth. We are simultaneously assembling systems and structures to create a positive workplace to foster growth, support, and enhanced morale. We are actively hiring experienced People Operations leaders to expand on our performance management and learning and development strategies, and most importantly address feelings of fatigue in the workplace. Definitely some smart and dedicated co workers. Remote work was nice but they are trying to get rid of it too.

Company tries to be a FAANG without the pay or proper career structure. You are never doing good. Leadership is out to save themselves before anyone else. Quick to pass blame down. It was honestly a very toxic work environment. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone sues the company from how leaders speak to ICs. Poor manager training leads to unprepared managers. There was a first time manager in engineering who had almost everyone on his team quit, never had a single IC under them promoted and the manager still got a hefty promotion. Very clear that company’s priorities are not in the interests of employees.
